{"id":7832,"date":"2012-03-20T11:57:18","date_gmt":"2012-03-20T11:57:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pre.ayto-ciempozuelos.org\/index.php\/2012\/03\/20\/junta-de-gobierno-local\/"},"modified":"2012-03-20T11:57:18","modified_gmt":"2012-03-20T11:57:18","slug":"junta-de-gobierno-local","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ayto-ciempozuelos.org\/index.php\/2012\/03\/20\/junta-de-gobierno-local\/","title":{"rendered":"Junta de Gobierno Local"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 12.16px;\">La Junta de Gobierno Local se integra por el Alcalde o Alcaldesa y un n\u00famero de Concejales nombrados y separados libremente por aquel o aquella, dando cuenta al Pleno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 26.25pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; background: white; text-align: justify;\"><!--[if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->Junta de Gobierno Local se integra por el Alcalde\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">o Alcaldesa <\/span><span style=\"text-indent: -18pt; font-size: 12.16px;\">y un n\u00famero de Concejales no superior al tercio del n\u00famero legal de los mismos, nombrados y separados libremente por aquel o aquella, dando cuenta al Pleno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 26.25pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; background: white; text-align: justify;\"><!--[if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->Corresponde a la Junta de Gobierno Local:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 26.25pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; background: white; text-align: justify;\"><!--[if !supportLists]-->a. <!--[endif]-->La asistencia al Alcalde\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">o Alcaldesa <\/span><span style=\"text-indent: -18pt; font-size: 12.16px;\">en el ejercicio de sus atribuciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 26.25pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; background: white; text-align: justify;\"><!--[if !supportLists]-->b. <!--[endif]-->Las atribuciones que el Alcalde\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">o Alcaldesa<\/span><span style=\"text-indent: -18pt; font-size: 12.16px;\"> u otro \u00f3rgano municipal le delegue o le atribuyan las leyes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 26.25pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; background: white; text-align: justify;\"><!--[if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->Los Tenientes de Alcalde o Alcaldesa sustituyen, por el orden de su nombramiento y en los casos de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad, al Alcalde\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">o Alcaldesa<\/span><span style=\"text-indent: -18pt; font-size: 12.16px;\">, siendo libremente designados y revocados por \u00e9ste o \u00e9sta de entre los miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local y, donde \u00e9sta no exista, de entre los Concejales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 26.25pt; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 17.25pt; background: white; text-align: justify;\"><!--[if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->El Alcalde o Alcaldesa puede delegar el ejercicio de determinadas atribuciones en los miembros de la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobierno y, donde \u00e9sta no exista, en los Tenientes de Alcalde\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\">o Alcaldesa<\/span><span style=\"text-indent: -18pt; font-size: 12.16px;\">, sin perjuicio de las delegaciones especiales que, para cometidos espec\u00edficos, pueda realizar en favor de cualesquiera Concejales, aunque no pertenecieran a aquella Comisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Junta de Gobierno Local se integra por el Alcalde o Alcaldesa y un n\u00famero de Concejales nombrados y separados libremente por aquel o aquella, dando cuenta al Pleno. 1.
