style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Tras la negativa de Ahora Ciempozuelos, Partido Popular y CPCI <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">e modificar el presupuesto para dotar de cobertura presupuestaria al Ayuntamiento para <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">el arreglo <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\"> y reacondicionamiento de las v\u00edas da\u00f1adas por \u2018Filomena\u2019 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">que pueden ser subvencionada<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">por el Gobierno Central, el Ayuntamiento de Ciempozuelos ha vuelto a explicar a la oposici\u00f3n y los vecinos los motivos por los que no se precisa y no es posible tener en cuenta el saneamiento de las carreteras -a\u00fan suponiendo la necesidad de que <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">alg\u00fan tramo lo<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> requiriera-.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">De este modo, la Concejal de Obras y Servicios Sandra P\u00e9rez <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">e<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">xplic\u00f3 claramente en el Pleno el punto votado el pasado jueves y por qu\u00e9 no se puede tener en cuenta el saneamiento. Por a\u00f1adido, el Equipo de Gobierno quiere explicar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">por qu\u00e9 en este momento no se puede tener en cuenta el saneamiento:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Porque no lo subvenciona el <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">E<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">stado al no ser consecuencia de Filomena.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Porque los proyectos de renovaci\u00f3n de saneamiento tardan a\u00f1os y la justificaci\u00f3n de la subvenci\u00f3n es ahora.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Porque no tenemos los millones de <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">euros<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> que cuesta renovar los saneamientos en caso de que hicieran falta en esas calles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Si hacen falta, cuando est\u00e9 terminado en 2\/3 a\u00f1os el proyecto que depende de Canal, ya ser\u00eda necesario asfaltar de nuevo si se asfaltase ahora. Y ya habr\u00edamos perdido la oportunidad de subvenci\u00f3n que es ahora.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">E<span lang=\"es-ES\">xplican, adem\u00e1s, que hay dos opciones:<\/span> \u2018o se asfalta inmediatamente por los da\u00f1os ocasionados por \u2018Filomena\u2019 -que es lo que se subvenciona-, o perdemos la subvenci\u00f3n y la oportunidad de tener nuestras calles m\u00e1s decentes\u2019. Es decir, siendo la subvenci\u00f3n por da\u00f1os de Filomena, el Equipo de Gobierno plantea la existencia de dos opciones:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Opci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> 1: acogerse a la subvenci\u00f3n y asfaltar las calles da\u00f1adas por Filomena financiad<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">as<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> con <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">la<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> subvenci\u00f3n del Estado <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">y, e<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">n tres a\u00f1os m\u00ednimo, cuando se<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">a posible<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> arreglar el saneamiento, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">s<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">e realizar\u00e1 en las que proceda<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">. A d\u00eda de hoy no se puede arreglar el saneamiento porque no existe a\u00fan el Plan director que Canal <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">debe proporcionar al Ayuntamiento<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Opci\u00f3n 2: <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">pe<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">rder la subvenci\u00f3n por los da\u00f1os de Filomena, esperar <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">entre <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">dos<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> y <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">tres a\u00f1os a que puedan arreglarse los saneamientos y posterior asfaltado sin subvenci\u00f3n y mientras, mantener <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">impracticables<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> las calles estos a\u00f1os. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Implicar\u00eda, de este modo, que durante<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> dos <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">o <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">tres a\u00f1os, los coches <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">circular\u00edan<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> por <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">calles completamente destrozadas<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> y <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"es-ES\">habr\u00edamos invertido<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> en parches m\u00e1s de lo que hoy nos podr\u00edamos gastar en el parte, Raquel Jimeno, Alcaldesa de Ciempozuelos ha <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">declara<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">do <\/span><\/span><\/span><span
